ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.204 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, which was registered for the offence under Section 151 Cr.P.C.

2.It is alleged in the said FIR that the petitioner was arrested on suspicion that he would commit a cognizable offence. It is now reported that the respondent had not taken further action and the further action has been dropped as it was found that no offence was in fact taken place. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this criminal original petition is disposed of. It is made clear that any stigma attached to the registration of FIR shall be removed, as no offence has been made out.
