ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.07.2011.

2.The affidavit filed in support of the writ petition states that the writ petitioner has completed his undergraduate course in Political Science. The petitioner was called for to attend the interview for appointment to the post of Conductor on 12.01.2011. The petitioner participated in the interview and his original certificates were also verified by the selection committee. However, the persons who appeared for the interview along with the writ petitioner were appointed and they are working as Conductors. However, the writ petitioner was not selected. Thus, he is constrained to move the present writ petition. 3.On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, this Court is of an opinion that the writ petitioner has not made out any ground for issuance of direction as such sought for in this writ petition. unsuccessful candidate and was not selected in the process of selection. This being the factor, this Court cannot issue any such direction to consider the representation, so as to provide appointment to the writ petition.

4.Under these circumstances, this Court is of an opinion that the writ petitioner has not established any legal right so as to issue directions as such sought for in this writ petition. In the absence of establishing any legal right, no writ petition can be entertained.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
