ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.628 of 2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.
3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
