Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner owns the petition mentioned lands. The petitioner states that on his patta land, TANGEDCO has erected towers. His grievance is that compensation is yet to be paid. Representation dated 15.07.2025 has been submitted in this regard. 3.The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and determine the compensation payable to the petitioner. This determination shall be 2/4

done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Disbursement shall be done within a period of six weeks thereafter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can very well approach the jurisdictional District Court for enhancement. If the papers are in order, the petition will be numbered immediately and it shall be disposed of within a period of eight months thereafter. 4.This wit petition is disposed of accordingly.
