Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to forbear the respondents 4 and 5 from in any way running the Cottage Cum Lodge by name Meena Cottage, Keel Boomi, Kodaikanal without getting prior permission from the concerned authority and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to verify and take action against the Cottage which are functioning without permission in the Kodaikanal Municipality with in a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.S.Kadarkarai, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent/Kodaikanal Municipality on instructions states that there is no such cottage or lodge, running in the name of Meena Cottage. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
