Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to return the cehques No.00137/- and 00138 dated 12.09.2013 drawn on Andhra Bank, South Masi Street Brach, Madurai which was collected illegally and without authority of law at the time of inspection by way of cheque for a sum of Rs.2,14,869/- vide cheque No.00137 dated 12.09.2013 and for a sum of Rs.4,16,468 vide cheque No.00138 dated 12.09.2013 drawn on Andhra Bank, South Masi Street Branch, Madurai from the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
