This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents not to lay / install high tension tower line in S.No.4, Savvaspuram Village and S.No.53/7 in Kulasekaranallur Village except due process of law, without following procedure established under Electricity Act and Indian Telegraph Act 1885 and further directing the respondents to remove the initial constructions/installation put up in S.No.4 Savvaspuram Village and Survey No.53/7 in Kulasekaranallur Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that this petition has become infructuous, as no installation of high tension tower line had taken place in the area in question.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
