This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to Direct the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioners Representation dated 01.11.2025 and to pass orders and to accommodate the Petitioner as Assistant Administrative Officer in the O/o. the Superintending Engineer, NCES (Non-Conventional Energy Sources), Tirunelveli in the ensuing Promotional Vacancy within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

Eventhough the petitioner's representation is dated 01.11.2025, considering the fact that the counselling takes place in the second week of November, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2025, as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law.
