O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition under the guise of a Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry into the compulsory collection of fees from the students in violations of the guidelines in a matter of admission of students in St. Xavier College, Palayamkottai.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.This Writ Petition was filed in the year 2011. At this length of time, in our considered view, it is not possible to issue any direction for holding an enquiry as the students from whom it is stated that the excess fee was collected would have long before left the college. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
