This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai, in Crl.M.P.No.265 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025 and consequently register a case against the third to sixth respondents and investigate the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents would submit that there is no positive direction to register the FIR and that the second respondent, however, would conduct an enquiry and comply with the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
