(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) The matter had been listed under the caption, 'for being mentioned'. In paragraph No.5, the place of Paramakudi may be amended to Ramanathapuram at two places and the paragraph No.5 may be amended as follows:

"5.Suffice to point out that the husband is alive. He is at Ramanathapuram. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also been given the address where he is residing. The learned counsel had also entered appearance on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4. The petitioner may verify the facts relating to her husband by making a personal visit. If she so wishes, she may visit her husband at Ramanathapuram on 19.11.2025 at around 12.30 p.m. The 2nd respondent may depute any officer from the Ramanathapuram Town Police Station to be present, when the petitioner makes visit on 19.11.2025 at around 12.30 noon to the house, where M.Ashokkumar is residing. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 claims that the petitioner is not the

legally wedded wife of M.Ashokkumar".

2. The Registry is directed to issue fresh/amended copy of the order.
