2. The writ petitioner has submitted an application on 10.03.2025 seeking issuance of patta in respect of Survey No.360/2, Melapungudi Village.

3. The second respondent is directed to hold enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law after notice to all the interested persons within a period of twelve weeks. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
