ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the respondents to reconsider the cancellation of Retailed Outlet Dealership (petrol pump) based upon his representation dated 01.08.2025.
2. The petitioner herein has applied for Retailed Outlet Dealership (petrol pump) based upon the notification issued by the respondent. Though the petitioner was initially short listed, after field verification, the respondents found that the land chosen by the petitioner is not suitable for putting up a petrol bunk. Therefore, they passed a rejection order on 10.07.2024.

3 Without challenging the said order, the petitioner has been continuously sending several representations to the respondents and the last representation was sent on 01.08.2025. However, the same has not been considered and hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of the Court that the last representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2025 has been considered and order has been passed on 22.11.2025.
5. In view of the above said facts, instead of sending representations, the petitioner has to challenge the order of rejection dated 10.07.2024, if he is so advised.
6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
