(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) We place deep appreciation for the efforts taken by the second respondent, Inspector of Police, Ponnamaravathy Police Station, who had much diligence and secured the daughter of the petitioner, who was missing on and from 31.10.2025.
2. The petitioner and his wife/parents of the detenu are also present. We had a discussion with the detenue and adviced her that it would only be appropriate that she resides with her parents and continues with her studies and acquires a professional decree. The parents also consented to take her back to them.
