Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to remove the Community Flex Board erected by the 5th respondent in the petitioner's patta land comprised in S.No.259/1 situated at K.Nedungulam Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the 1/4

petitioner's representations dated 22.09.2025 and 26.09.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the community flex board erected by the fifth respondent in the petitioner's patta land comprised in S.No.259/1 situated at K.Nedungulam Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 22.09.2025 and 26.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that enquiry is being conducted by the Superintendent of Police on the directions of the District Collector and appropriate action would be taken within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry after giving notice to the fifth 2/4

respondent and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
