ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from setting up a Petroleum Retail Outlet in S.No.249/13 (Old No.249/7-A1F) of Kottapatti Village, Virudhunagar Taluk Virudhunagar District.

2.According to the petitioner, the second respondent without holding proper enquiry and considering the serious nature of the objections raised by the public granted no objection certificate in favour of the third respondent on 12.07.2012. Therefore, the petitioner has sent representation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 1 and 2 requesting them not to establish the petroleum retail outlet in the said place. Since no final order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted as such. If any violation of Rules or Act as alleged by the petitioner, the authorities are empowered to take action in accordance with law.
