ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has not been harassed in any manner by the respondents police.

3. It is needless to say that the respondents shall not harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. However, the second respondent shall issue summons as and when the petitioner's presence is required and the petitioner may appear on such summons.

4. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. 12.11.2025 Indu/ars 2/4
