ORDER

Seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.28 of from the file of the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. At the instance of the petitioner, F.I.R in Crime No.28 of 2025 was registered by the 3rd respondent police as against the 4th respondent for the offences under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023. The petitioner's contention is that he was defrauded by the accused including the 4th respondent and there is no progress in the investigation and sought the indulgence of this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is in progress and very soon the investigation will be concluded.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and he is further directed to apprise the progress of the investigation to the 1st respondent every Friday. The 1st respondent is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the 3rd respondent.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
