After the pronouncement of the orders, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has only one year of service and his name may be considered and requested this Court that he may be retained in the same place.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the second respondent in that regard. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.
