Respondents Prayer:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.4788/2012/A8/dated 27.3.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to forbear the respondents 3and 4 from causing obstructions in the open grounds comprised in Government poramboke lands in survey nos.164/1 285 286 and 287 and situate at Therku Thatamangalam village Manachanallur Taluk Trichy District either by laying wired fence around the temples situate thereon or in any other manner whatsoever.
