PRAYER:- This petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in a civil dispute by calling the petitioners to the Police Station and by insisting the petitioners to abide by the terms of the respondents 3 to 6. ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in a civil dispute by calling the petitioners to the Police Station and by insisting the petitioners to abide by the terms of the respondents 3 to 6.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the respondents 3 to 6, an enquiry is pending and the same would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the petitioners cannot be harassed in the guise of enquiry. The respondents police may issue summons, if the petitioners' appearance is required.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
