After filing an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer seeking cancellation of the patta issued to the fourth respondent, the petitioner seeks the early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the fourth respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the matter is pending before the second respondent and that orders would be issued on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

learned Special Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal within three
