Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to survey the land measuring an extent of 1219 sq. ft. subject matter of lease granted in proceedings of the first respondent in O.Mu.No.46373/07/ya4/dated 08.08.2007 situate in Ramasamiapuram 5th street, Rajapalayam main Road, Sangarankovil Taluk, Thirunelveli District and consequentially, to direct the third respondent to hand over the possession of the land forthwith to the petitioner, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.
