sixty) on 10.10.2025 in petition acknowledgement No.2025/0178/15/000551 and further direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to mark the four boundaries for the land belongs to the petitioner.

ORDER
By relying on sale deed dated 13.06.1985 in favour of the petitioner and the Town Survey Land Register reflecting the name of S.Govindasamy (the petitioner's vendor's vendor), the petitioner had applied for survey of the land in new S.No.5/2, Pudur Village, Tiruchirappalli District.
2. Learned Government Advocate submits that action would be initiated on the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
3. At the previous hearing, after noticing that the Town Survey Land Register was in the name of S.Govindasamy, the petitioner was directed to submit the sale deed executed by the said S.Govindasamy in favour of the petitioner's vendor Seetharaman. Such sale deed has been placed on record today. Thus, the link between the petitioner and S.Govindasamy has been shown. Consequently, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's request. 2/4
4. For reasons aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
