The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No. 18971 of 2025 dated 30.10.2025.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 7 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No. 18971 of 2025 dated 30.10.2025.
