This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6476 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.397 of 2025 dated11.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6476 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.397 of 2025 on the file of this Court dated11.08.2025. directing the petitioner to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station daily at 10.30 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Month at 10.30 am., till the disposal of the criminal appeal.
