ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17329 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 22 days. Further, the investigation is pending and the petitioner has one similar case against him.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 22 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.17329 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17329 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.'' 10-11-2025 Tmg To
