ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorari calling for the recommendation of the 3rd respondent made in Na.Ka.AA2/C.Pa.No.23/2013 dated 09.05.2013 and the consequential recommendation by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.AA1/232/2013 dated 24.05.2013 and the impugned Notice in Na.Ka.No.B2/25656/13 dated 24.09.2013 by the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Challenging the rectification of the property, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. The petitioner has also filed a suit in O.S.No.149 of 2013, before the District Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai, seeking for a declaration against the respondents 4 to 7 as well as the Revenue Officers.

3. The suit is said to be pending. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the Civil suit. No costs.
