O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to refix the petitioner's pay by taking into account the service rendered by the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant in Srinivasa Vidyalaya Middle school from 03.10.2007 to 22.09.2011 and by protecting the pay last drawn by the Petitioner prior to joining the second respondent Department and to render all other consequential benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has sent a representation on 27.05.2024 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
