Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to disburse the Provident Fund and all other admissible retirement benefits to which the Petitioner is entitled and 50% of backwages for the period from July 2007 to April 2022 along with interest by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to disburse the Provident Fund and all other admissible retirement benefits to which the Petitioner is entitled and 50% of backwages for the period from July 2007 to April 2022 along with interest by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has sent a representation on 17.10.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
