3.Mr.A.S.Abul Kalam Azad, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents submits that he has no objection for allowing this petition. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 140 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case is condoned.
