Today, this case is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that this Court by an order dated 07.11.2025 in W.P.(MD).No.31721 of 2025, had directed the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry into the complaint raised by the writ petitioner and take appropriate action if it is proved and dispose of the same, within a period of twelve (12) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. But, however, the stipulated time period to complete the disciplinary proceedings was inadvertently cited in the order as twelve (12) months instead of twelve 12 weeks. Hence, he prays this Court to rectify the said error and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to delete the word ''months'' in the seventh line of Para.4 and replace the same by adding the word ''weeks'', in the order made in W.P.(MD).No.31721 of 2025 dated 07.11.2025. 1/3

4. Registry is directed to rectify the above error in the order made in W.P.(MD).No.31721 of 2025 dated 07.11.2025 and issue fresh order copy. 14.11.2025 gvn 2/3
