Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st, 2nd respondents to conduct an enquiry and concluding it within a reasonable time and submit their report to the jurisdictional Court based upon the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2024.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to conduct an enquiry and conclude the same within a reasonable time and submit their report to the jurisdictional Court based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
