ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction the respondents to issue a No Objection Certificate to run a business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour, including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of 'Ayur Green Life' situated at No.70/36, Raja Complex, 1st Floor, Pudukottai Road, Aranthangi, Pudukottai District-614616, by considering his representation dated 21.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has not co-operated with the enquiry and has not produced the requisite documents.

3.In view of the above submissions, the petitioner shall appear before the first respondent and produce the relevant documents on 2/4

19.11.2025. The respondents shall thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks within a period of four weeks. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
