ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order 08.07.2025 passed in I.A.No. 07 of 2024 in 2/5

O.S.No. 192 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif Court at Periyakulam and the set aside the same and may present the petitioners to adjudicate this claim in original suit for their property.

2. An interlocutory application seeking to implead the legal heirs who are the lis pendente purchaser, has been rejected. Learned counsel for the defendants who are the vendors of the property, would also submit that they have no objection for impleading the lis pendente purchaser.

3. In this view of the matter, the order impugned herein is set aside and the I.A.No.7 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

4. Considering the fact that the suit had been filed as early as in the year 2014, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Periyakulam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.192 of 20214 as expeditiously as possible, however not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
