ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the enquiry in the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.477/2025 dated 01.11.2025 pending before the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
