The petitioner had applied for mutation of patta in respect of survey Nos.26/5A, 26/5B and 26/6B before the Tahsildar. By a communication dated 29.04.2025, the Tahsildar informed the petitioner that the matter pertains to UDR correction and that the petitioner should approach the District Revenue Officer. After approaching the District Revenue Officer on 20.08.2025, the petitioner seeks the early disposal of such representation.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request for correction of alleged UDR errors would be considered and disposed of by the District Revenue Officer on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submissions and the nature of relief claimed, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for correction of 2/4

alleged UDR errors within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and all the pattadars. No costs.
