ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent Managing Director, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Tirunelveli) Ltd., to dispose and pass orders on the Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 05.12.2023 as against the proceedings of the 2nd respondent General Manager vide proceedings No.649/legal-11/ Discipline/ ThaAPoKa/Ra-1/2022 dated 25.08.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.11.2025, the learned Standing Counsel had produced a copy of the order dated 07.11.2025, whereby, the petitioner's appeal had been disposed of and hence, the learned Standing Counsel was directed to produce the proof of the said communication to the petitioner.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that the said order dated 07.11.2025 has not yet been communicated to the petitioner.

4. In such view of the matter, the said order dated 07.11.2025 shall be forwarded to the petitioner forthwith not later than two weeks from today. If the petitioner is aggrieved of the said order, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

5. In view of the final order passed on the petitioner's appeal, no further adjudication is required to be made in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
