For Respondent : Mr.S.S. Manoj Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD). No. 13538 of 2025 dt. 13.08.2025 that the petitioner to sign away from the Tirunelveli District in any Police Station daily (or) before the trial court and thus render justice.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that there is a condition requiring him to sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. He states that though he has complied with the condition, now faces a life threat and therefore seeks a modification permitting him to sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 13538 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy. The petitioner shall comply with this modified condition from 01.12.2025 onwards. In view of the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is exempted from complying with the condition from 15.11.2025 to 30.11.2025.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
