ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner filed an application under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act. The said provision has since been struck down by the High Court. Therefore, the first respondent rightly informed the petitioner through the impugned communication that he cannot take any action on the petitioner's complaint. The stand of the first respondent is in consonance with the decision of this Court. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Civil Court for appropriate relief. 2/4
