When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner states that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Writ Petitioner passed the Teacher's Eligibility Test and the same was already accepted by the respondents. Thus the grievances of the Writ Petitioner has been redressed. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.

2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
