ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 26.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered after giving notice to the respondents 3 and 4.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the second respondent shall not interfere in any civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and

4. If any cognizable offence is made out on the petitioner's complaint, the second respondent shall take suitable action in accordance with law after giving due notice to the respondents 3 and 4.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
