This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2025 and rectify the UDR register mutating the patta in her name with respect to the property in Sy.No.288/1A, Vellanur Village, Kulathoor Taluk and Pudukottai District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation for rectifying the UDR register mutating the patta in her name for the property in S.No.288/1A Vellanur Village, Kulathoor Taluk, Pudukottai District. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
