Pursuant to the direction of this Court in C.M.P(MD)No.18140 of 2026, dated 16.02.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioners has paid the cost of Rs.3,000/-and filed a copy of the cost memo to that effect.

2.The said memo is recorded and the delay is condoned. Accordingly, CMP(MD)No.18140 of 2026 is allowed.

Since the other petitions in CMP(MD) Nos.18141 & 18142 of 2025 are consequential in nature, the same are also allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in CMP(MD)No.15084 of 2025 and list the matter on 11.03.2026.
