This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2025 regarding payment of interest for the belated payment of retirement benefits after a delay of 3 years and 12 days.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
