By asserting that patta No.5573 was erroneously issued in the names of the family members of the petitioner's uncle, the petitioner had filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer. The petitioner seeks the early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the appeal would be considered and disposed of within four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Patta No.5573 stands in the names of Saraswatih and Raman. Therefore, it is just and necessary that a reasonable opportunity be provided to the pattadars before deciding the petitioner's appeal. Such appeal has been presented on 12.10.2024. Considering these aspects, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits after providing a 2/4
