Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3492/A3/2013 dated 15.7.2013 and the consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka. No.856/A1/2013 dated 21.11.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records in relation to the proceedings dated 15.07.2013 passed by the first respondent and the consequential order passed by the second respondent dated 21.11.2013 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits to the petitioner.

2.The writ petitioner was treated as surplus based on the Student- Teacher radio as per G.O.Ms.No.525 issued by the Government. The writ petitioner was treated as surplus and transferred to another school in proceedings dated 21.11.2013. However, the present inspection report shall be considered by the respondents for the purpose of treating the writ petitioner as surplus.

3.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner is continuing in the same post on account of the interim order granted in this writ petition. It is needless to state that the competent authorities are bound to verify the current academic year inspection report in respect of the student - teacher radio and accordingly take a decision and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
