Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to credit a sum of Rs.45,217/- to the Provident Fund Account of the petitioner towards the Fifth Pay Commission Arrears and interest thereon as per the Government Order and to pay further interest for the said sum at 12% from 01.04.2010 till the date of payment.
