ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to carry out survey and demarcation of boundary works in the petitioner's landed property comprised in Survey Nos.1237 and 1246 at Pannaikadu Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of his application dated 27.09.2025, after affording an opportunity to all concerned parties, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties informed this Court that the third respondent herein had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.34898 of 2025, which was disposed of on 01.12.2025, directing the first respondent to survey the land after conducting an enquiry and providing reasonable opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks.

Since in the present case as well, the petitioner has sought for survey of his landed property comprised in Survey Nos.1237 and 1246 at Pannaikadu Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District, this Court directs the first respondent to survey the subject land after conducting an enquiry and providing a reasonable opportunity to all the parties concerned. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the Civil Court.
