ORDER

A conditional order has been passed by this Court on 06.10.2025 granting stay of the proceedings, on condition that the petitioner deposits the arrears of maintenance as ordered in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in HMOP No. 118 of 2024. Now the petitioner has filed an application seeking for extension of the time period.

2. It is to be noted that the present application has been filed on 05.11.2025 much after the expiry of the time period granted by this Court.

3. Hence, there is no question of extending the period which has already expired and the present application has been filed beyond the time period.

4. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
